This tests that xfce4 notes works
- Open "Notes"
- Notes opens and an icon appears in the indicator bar
- Type some text
- Text appears
- Press Ctrl+Z
- The text dissapears
- Press F2, then type 'test1', press OK
- The title is now "Notes - test1"
- Press Ctrl+N
- A new note opens
- Use the arrow icons to change between notes
- The current note changes in response to clicking on the icons
- Press Ctrl+W
- The current note deletes
- Click Notes icon(Menu) --> Always on top
- Notes is always the top window
- Click Notes icon(Menu) --> Always on top
- Notes resumes being a normal window
- Click Notes icon(Menu) --> Properties
- The properties dialogue opens
- Change each setting visible
- Each change does as expected
- Press Close to close the properties dialogue
- Press Ctrl+Shift+N
- A new Group (window) opens
This tests that xfce4 notes remembers notes
- Open "Notes"
- Notes opens and an icon appears in the indicator bar
- Type some text
- Text appears
- Click "X"
- Click the indicator icon for notes
- All your text is still there
- Restart your computer, Then open notes
- Your text is still there
This tests that the xfce4 notes indicator bar menu works as expected
- Open "Notes"
- Notes opens and an icon appears in the indicator bar
- Right-click the notes icon in the indicator bar
- A menu opens with the options "Groups", "Properties", "About" and "Remove"
- Check that the menu options work as expected
