As others have said, running 3.5.0-5, I can suspend, but when I resume the power lights turn green like it's suppose to but the screen remains black.

The system (12.04 running kernel 3.5.0-5) doesn't resume from suspend.
The lights turn all on, but the screen remains blank and only a hard power off works.
i7 3612QM (ivy bridge)
HD4000/GT630M

Boots perfectly

Is your graphics card recognized?
Yes, Intel i915

Is your networking hardware properly recognized?
Yes, wireless works flawlessly (iwlwifi)

Where applicable, are you able to suspend and resume your system?
Suspend and resume works

Does all of your hardware work?
Everything that worked in 12.04 kernel works. However, Ubuntu does not recognize battery charging/not charging status after boot.

Also on this version of kernel I cannot logon to my session if I have Nvidia drivers installed, se already reported bug #1011828.
If I remove Nvidia drivers and use nouveau ones I can logon to my session, if I re-install them the bug comes back.

snd-hda-intel: sound works perfectly.
